Founder and CEO
Maria Zarotiadou was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She graduated from Staffordshire University with the degree of BA in Business Administration, completed her Master’s Degree in Marketing at the University of Stirling, where she also completed her PhD on Strategic Marketing and Gender.
She created Square One, as Business Coaching is a process that enables learning and development to occur and thus performance to improve.
